Credit Card Policy:

To ensure that both our time is respected, it is required that you put a card on file prior to booking an appointment online to cover any no-show or cancellation fees. There will be no extra charges to your card upon booking, other than deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are exempt from any charges. However, cancellations made after the 24-hour mark will be subject to 50% price, which will be charged to the card on file.

No-Show Policy

When you no-show your appointment your slot is unavailable to fill, leaving myself in a loss of time and money. I am human and understand life happens, but a quick call or text goes a long way! Please respect my time and efforts as this is my business. No-show appointments will result in a FULL charge of the service amount. If your card declines or you do not pay the fee, you will be unable to re-book until fee is paid.

Late Policy

I understand that life happens. However, if you are more than 20 minutes late I will be unable to complete your service and you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. Please call or text if ever running late, as I am not as strict with this policy.
